We provide research, consultancy services, piloting and training to individuals and organisations working within the Criminal Justice System. We aim on establishing a partnership with such organisations and individuals who want to work with us. We offer several work packages from design to delivery which are co-created to meet your organisation’s aims and needs. All packages are offered in a choice of stages which are custom-designed
Service One – Research Consultancy
As experts in the field, we offer research consultancy to organisations who work within the Criminal Justice System. We will work with you on any idea you might have and develop it further or work with a ready-made plan you might have. We offer basic research which involves a desk based report as well as applied research where we analyse existing data you might already have and/or create a new project where new data is collected and analysed. We can work with qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods approaches.
Service Two – Research and Pilot Intervention
Our experience of collaborative working with those caught in the criminal justice system has given us opportunities to work-hands on with different practical interventions and initiatives. We will work with you to trial a rehabilitative program and/or pilot a new intervention. We offer our skills in piloting new interventions and our skills in analysis and evaluation techniques to report the strengths and limitations of such intervention to inform stakeholders of ‘what works’ to develop.
Service Three – Training and Learning
We offer training for Criminal Justice System staff, practitioners, and organisations working with those either in or at risk of falling in the Criminal Justice System. Course content offered could include topics like Criminology, Penology and applied models for working with offenders for example trauma informed practice, rehabilitation and education, neurodiversity training, working with women and young people. As academics, we are also happy to offer bespoke training as needed by your organisation.
