The work packages we offer are:

Work Package 1

Stage 1: Initial Consultation (offered for free)
This stage involves understanding your needs, goals, objectives and scope of the research request. We offer a 2- hour online meeting where we will discuss your thoughts and needs and ways forward.

Stage 2: Research Design and Proposal
Following the consultation, we will establish a plan including the methodology, method, timeline, tools and costs. We will have a follow-up meeting to discuss these and gather your thoughts.

If you are happy with this stage, we will progress to work package 2.

Work Package 2

Stage 3: Data collection and Analysis
As would have been specified within the research design and proposal, all data will be collected and analysed. Another meeting will be held with you to discuss these and raw data will be shared with you at your request.

Stage 4: Reporting and Recommendations
The final stage involves a full report with all the findings and analysis, as well as any recommendations if requested. A draft copy will be sent to you for initial review.

Work Package 3

Stage 5: Longitudinal Opportunities
Some organisations would require a longer-term follow up or longitudinal research. This can be discussed during our final meeting.
