Service Two – Research and Pilot Interventions

The work packages we offer are:
Work Package 1
Stage 1: Initial Consultation (offered for free)
This stage involves understanding your needs, goals, objectives and scope of the research request. We offer a 2- hour online meeting where we will discuss your thoughts and needs and ways forward. This will include discussing if any form of funding stream is needed.
Stage 2: Research Design and Proposal
Following the consultation, we will establish a plan including the methodology, method, timeline, tools and costings. We will have a follow-up meeting to discuss these and gather your thoughts.
If you are happy with this stage, we will progress to work package 2.
Work Package 2 (only needed if a funding stream is needed)
Stage 3: Finding a funding stream
Once the research design has been established and a proposal agreed upon, if you wish to find a funding stream to fund your project, we will collate a few potential streams to discuss with you.
Stage 4: Applying for the chosen funding stream
Once a funding stream has been chosen, we will assist with the bid writing as a partnership.
Work Package 3
Stage 5: Pilot and Data Collection
The hands-on piloting will now occur – any piloting as discussed within the proposal will be completed within this stage. In addition, any data collection for evaluation purposes will be collected.
Stage 6: Evaluation and Reporting
Once the piloting and data collection has been concluded, we will evaluate the pilot and write up a final report with conclusions for you. A draft copy will be sent to you for initial review.
Work Package 4
Stage 7: Longitudinal Opportunities
Some organisations would require a longer-term follow up or longitudinal research. This can be discussed during our final meeting.
